Updated versions of the Verisafe Forklift Truck and Rigging Competency Assessment Templates are now available in the RAP. The updated templates are due to a small number of answer keys showing in both assessment templates. 

As a valued user of our assessment templates, we want to ensure that you have the latest version of each of these assessment tools.
We request that you update your assessment templates to the latest version, to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date tools for assessing the competency of forklift truck operators and rigging personnel.

To download the latest version of the Verisafe Forklift Truck and Rigging Competency Assessment Templates, please go to the Assessor Tools library in the Registered Assessor Portal. Remember to delete any previous versions as well

There is no change to the corresponding Assessor Guides, only the assessment tool templates.
